Factors affecting work efficiency in private and government sectors

Introduction  

There are several factors that affect the work efficiency of a person in private and government sectors one of them is the level of the job satisfaction.

Even though people work to earn a living for their family but they are not satisfied with a lot of things that are related to it.

Job plan is mainly implemented in the companies and in the government sectors o improve the performance of the people and encourage them to provide more benefits to the company.

It gives satisfaction to them and they can fulfill all the needs of themselves and the family.

In other words, job satisfaction means that the person is satisfied with everything that they provided in that particular area.

Nowadays people are not satisfied with what they are provided in the particular area where they work. As the level of work, they do for the people does not match their income which affects the following :

Work efficiency : Their potential to work gets reduce and the target to achieve something in life also reduces. As they are not given the proper perks for their work

It causes frustration : Rather than having a friendly relation with other colleges and junior associates it causes a feeling of anger among them. the communication that should be rigid in the working environment gets affected. 

Rather they loving their work they choose to hate it and somehow it results in giving up their job and starting with a whole new life. Some of them also commits suicides as it affects their mental and physical ability to work.

Work performance is affected- their ability to work and power of concentration is affected they are not able to perform well as they are not provided with the perks and advantage that they deserve.

These above are the reasons why job satisfaction affects the efficiency of the person working either in private or government sector. The senior associates should take care of the needs and provide them perks on a regular basis 

Women working either in the government or the private sectors of the country are not provided with the status that they deserve no matter how modern we get the patriarchal thinking of the society gets in the middle. That discourages the women also in the company or in the government sector to work. In the economy women do play a equal role in development of it, if they are no given the equal opportunity they will not grow in the society. 

The second most important factor that affects the efficiency is the working environment. As the working environment describes so much about the positivity and negativity in the surroundings. The positive and friendly associates indicate that people in the working environment are happy and content but negative environment reflects the opposite.

Conclusion 

The senior official of either private or government sectors plays a very crucial in bringing up the efficiency in the working of the people. They should be friendly and rather than burdening the workers around them they should understand the problem they are facing.
