Introduction

Organ donation is process of donating one’s organ to another who needs it. The process take place with the permission of the donor and if the donor dies then before dying the donor must have signed a contract saying that after he or she dies they are willing to donate their organs which are functioning properly. The significant increase in the organ donation is due to the medical advancement. People who donate the organ are giving blessing to someone who cannot see the world or who cannot play outdoor games.

Organ donation in different countries 

First of all, India follows a system of opt-in regarding the organ donation. Furthermore, there is a form that needs to be filled before the process of organ donation begins. The transplantation of human organs act, 1994 control organ donation in our country.

There is a rise in the demand of organ donors in United Nations. The number of donors in United Nation has also increased. Plenty of the organisation in the United Nation are trying to bring up the policy of opt-out organ donation.

In the European union the regulation of organ donation takes place by the member states. Moreover, they focus on the system of opt-out is followed in the Austria, Spain and Belgium. Hence, in England no consent is required organ donation is a voluntary process. 

Argentina is the country which has a lot of knowledge about the organ donation. They have introduced a opt-out donation policy which means that people who age 18 or above can donate their organs if the family and the state does state them negative. In 2018 a new law was introduced in which family permission was not required only the person who donates only his nor her permission was required.

What are the benefits of organ donation?

There are several benefits of organ donation and it is job of earning not money but blessings of the people who suffer from a very long time. 

It can improve quality life of many people. An eye transplant mean that we are giving the opportunity to the blind person to see the beautiful world around us. Donating of the organs could easily mean that we are removing depression and pain from others life.

It also beneficial for medical science research. Donated organ can offer research and experiments it could be used to teach another medical student to. 

Everything has pros and cons in itself so does the process of organ donation

Impacts of organ donation 

Though the impact of the organ donation is positive as we are blessing someone with the new life but it has also created a negative impact in our society that is-

People have started forming a group against the poor people taking advantage of their situation and condition and illegally take out organs from people and sell to other who require it at a very high cost. 

Some people rape girls, kill them and take out their organs and sell it or some people make a huge group of girls and sell them outside the country for organ transplantation. 

The job that can save million of lives has killed several innocent people. There are many advantages of human transplant but several disadvantages as well.

Conclusion 

To sum up organ donation is concept of giving birth new birth to someone’s life. There should be a strict implementation for the same as many people do take advantage and just make this a medium of earning lots of money. It shows the contribution of person even after the death of that person. We are all blessed with good body system and organs but some people are not.
