Greeting to all I hope you all are good. You all know today is World Environment day. World Environments day is celebrated with full of enthuses all over the world. Everyone is participating in this day and encourage the world towards the importance of the environment. The World Environment day is also a "day of people" to do something to protect our environment. This DAY provides us a platform to do something and promote and encourage our resources of environments. During to this pandemic time, our government has decided to organize an online event. So now we all have the responsibility to take participate in an event to promote them by sharing our new idea regarding the environment. 

World environment day is the annual event in the world which is organized under the United Nation. 

The main focus of World Environment Day is to create awareness among the people to take action regarding the protection of the environment. This day was first held in 1974 till now we all are celebrating this day as a festival. We are a part of nature so we all are much dependent on nature our nature provides us many things like fossil fuel and food. So we all have the same responsibilities towards our nature. We can help nature by planting more and more trees. 

THEME OF WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY 

Last year the theme was air pollution which was related to the major issue of our planet. Now, this year's theme is Biodiversity how we save our biodiversity that will be hosted in Colombia in partnership with Germany. 

Colombia is one of the largest nations in the world to hold about 10 per of the planet's nation in the world. 

In our country, one million species are facing extinction that is not good for our environment because every species play an important role to maintain the ecosystem. 

• Biodiversity means the existence of several different kinds of animals and plants which they live together and help in to make a good and healthy environment. Biodiversity are three main types: 

• Genetic Diversity 

• Species Diversity 

• Ecological Diversity 

VALUE OF BIODIVERSITY 

The biodiversity in a different part of the country has been largely preserved. But in our country, we see the environment is fauna and flora. 

Biodiversity also includes social value like aesthetic, cultural. Its providers us medicine which is helpful for people to save their lives. 

Tree-like Peepal, Banyan, Tulsi are still worshipped. In India ladies provide water in Tulsi in the early morning. Ladies are sacred threads around peepal and Banyan tree and pray for the welfare of their families. 

ECOSYSTEM SERVICES 

It's maintains the quality of water and provides us healthy water and helps to trap segments. 

It provides us oxygen and takes carbon dioxide and maintains the production of fertile land. 

CONCLUSION: The main conclusion of this article is to protect our environments and encourage people toward the ecosystem. A question comes in everyone's mind that how can I help to protect our environments there is a simple way to grow more and more plants and step up against deforestation. 

Resources in our environment are vanishing day by day so we should take care of resources. Because we all have the responsibility to provide the same resources to our next upcoming generation. 

Turn off the light when you don't use it. 

Do not use the vehicles unless it is more important it is possible we all have to share the vehicles' in this way we save some resources daily. 

Now we all take an oath that today we all grow at least one plant and does not misuse resources for their own purpose.
