INTRODUCTION

Natural acceptance is totally accepting to who you are and realising the value of your presence. It also refers to absence of expectation from others. It does not come overnight it takes a lot to accept what you are. Once the feeling of natural acceptance is fulfilled it gives harmony peace and internal happiness to oneself. It is basically a process of accepting things around you naturally and positively. We should learn good things from others and stay away from the negative aura that they carry. My dad always tells me to take positivity from others and absorb it but do not try and imitate others as everyone is different in their own ways

.

Characteristic of natural acceptance

  • Natural acceptance does not change with time it is permanent as when we realise that what we are become more stronger and not answerable to much people. It is not something that will change with your age but it is something that will help you live in the world full of hypocrites.

  • Natural acceptance is not even affected by one’s place once the person adopts and starts valuing themselves it will never be affected by the place and the work, they are involved in.

  • Loving yourself it comes with natural acceptance we all have flaws but how to find perfection in imperfection is an art of living. Many people are not confident with what they have rather they cry about it and feel jealous loving yourself is an important process as some people loses their worth in front of people.

  • Trust within your natural acceptance lights up the trust within yourself that we probably look into others and always come back heart broken. We do not realise that taking care of ourselves and our body is much more important that believing in someone that will always break the trust that you developed with them rather than developing the bound of trust with ourselves.

  • People change and people go but natural acceptance within YOU will always stay with you no matter what is the situation natural acceptance is something that will never break your heart and intention to do better in life.

Difference between natural acceptance and self esteem

Though they both share a common room but meaning of self esteem is that acceptance of yourself and yourself and your flaws on other hand meaning of natural acceptance is accepting who you are. Sometimes self esteem takes a place of being selfish in certain situation which is not correct so applying of self esteem in certain situation should be taken under consideration.

Using natural acceptance theory

It is very important to apply natural acceptance theory in reality as in this busy world of becoming more powerful than others has led to a stressful life and not happy one. Happy one is those who are satisfied with what they have and what they have and they know that is enough. It is not easy to accept your flaws similarly it should not be easy to accept what people think about you.
Every morning saying good things to yourself and pampering yourself is much more important than earning money. Money could be earned but not natural acceptance or the relation that you share with one another.

Conclusion

Natural acceptance does not come overnight it takes time, courage and efforts to work on yourself. Sometimes in the process of natural acceptance we all make mistakes and we all fall but trust me it is always for the better in life. We all have insecurities some people openly talk about it and some people do not open and try to impose their insecurities on others. Love yourself and accept yourself with what you are god has made all of us unique and that is the beauty of humanity.
