There is no single person in the world that has never made a mistake neither I nor you, all of us must have made a mistake. It is a person’s nature to make a mistake. Whether that mistake happened to us or not. We should not be late to apologize and forgive. If you don’t trick anyone and think that I will never forget this. You feel that you are punishing that person, but in reality, you are punishing yourself. By forgiving you do not owe anyone but lighten your mind. It has been found in the texts that keeping anger for a long time make both our body and mind sick. Lack of mind is the cause of many diseases. For which there is no better medicine than forgiveness.

  • To forgive does not mean that you condone wrongdoing.

  • Reaching a place of true forgiveness is not about you deciding that what someone did is okay if it was not.

  • Forgiving does not mean you have to forget (is that even possible?)

  • What forgiveness is: eliminating the negativity that results from hurt by letting go to emotional; baggage?

IMPORTANT OF FORGIVENESS

Most people think that if we forgive someone, the person in front of us will be considered weak. Forgiveness is not a symptom of cowardness. The same person can forgive another person whose heart is very big.

Along with forgiveness, it is necessary to apologize. If anyone is hurt by our action then we should not delay in apologizing. If we keep any burden in our mind for a long time, so that will make our mind turbulent.

Apologize reduce the ego, and the mind remains calm. Forgiveness should always be sought from the heart and remember that I do not make a mistake again. Apologizing and forgiving makes you feel a bit of a pang.

Forgiveness frees us to live in the present. Reliving the wrong that was done to us keeps us living in the past and missing today’s beauty.

Forgiveness is for our growth and happiness. When we hold on to hurt, pain, resentment, and anger it harms us far more than it harms the offender.

Forgiveness brings you back to good physical and mental health. The system of the body responds to negative emotions, affecting the immune system in ways that would blow your mind.

For instance, a doctor cannot perform an error while operating a patient. The full concentration should be only on the surgery, leave out whatever personal problem they might be going through, the doctors should be diligent in the duty conferred on them. They cannot seek forgiveness since the mistake is purely medical negligence. Since forgiveness is compared to divinity, not all errors could be forgiven, there is a clear cut boundary us humans should draw as to what could be forgiven and what cannot be.

AIt contains the seeds of compassion

The road to forgiving can be hard. We need to be patient with ourselves. Compassion itself can be hard. Although we have the potential for compassion in our hearts and minds, our life experiences can make it hard to access. We need to take small steps and build confidence in our ability to care about the suffering of other people and to wish to help them to be free of it.

Connecting with other people, paying attention to what is going on with them, and seeing how alike we all are will help to turn our minds to compassion. Forgiving other people when they cause us pain will help the seeds of compassion to grow.

Forgiveness is a virtue of brave
