Food is the need of every person, which gives us energy. Food must be a balance for energy. A balanced diet means in which vitamin, protein, and carbohydrates are present in the full amount in the food. Healthy food provides us a healthy life. Our food choices every day affect our health how you feel today, tomorrow, and in the future. Good nutrition plays an important role in leading a healthy lifestyle. . Good nutritional food keeps our body from all diseases. Good nutritional food produces such power in our body that our body can fight against the disease. We should eat that food which has more nutrition. Nowadays a person likes Chinese food which is useless for our body neither is there percents nutrition which causes more diseases in our body. Good nutrition food reduces your risk of chronic diseases like heart disease and cancer and promotes our overall health. Nutritious food keep the mind fresh and reduce the tension.

THE IMPACT OF NUTRITION ON YOUR HEALTH

Unhealthy eating habits have contributed to the obesity epidemic in the united state. About one-third of the U.S., A adult is obese and approximately 17 per of children and adolescence aged 2-19 years are obese. Even for people at a healthy weight, poor diet is associated with the major health risk that can cause illness and even death.

The risk factor for adult chronic diseases, like type 2 diabetes and hypertension, are increasingly seen in younger age people, often a result of unhealthy eating habit and increasing weight gain.

IMPORTANCE OF NUTRITION OF FOOD

  • Weight loss:  Nowadays, the fact of people  increase a lot because everyone like to eat Chinese food not to eat nutrients food. Losing weight can help to reduce the risk of chronic diseases. If a person is overweight, they have a higher risk of chronic disease. Maintaining a healthy diet free from processed food can help a person to stay within their daily limit without having to count calories.

  • Heart disease

  • Non-insulin-dependent diabetes Mellitus.

  • Poor bone density.

  • Reduced cancer risk: An unhealthy diet can lead to obesity which may increase a person's risk of developing cancer. 

  • Heart health and stroke prevention: According to figure published in 2017, as many as 93.2 million people in the U.S.A have at least one type of cardiovascular disease. These conditions primarily involve the heart or blood vessel. According to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada, up to 80 per of cases of premature heart diseases and stroke can be prevented by making lifestyle changes.

  • The health of the next generation: Children learn most health-related behavior from the adult around them, a parent who models healthy eating, and exercise habits tend to pass these on. We should make us habit of feeding nutritious food to our children

By taking the step of eating healthy. You will be on your way to getting the nutrients your body needs to stay healthy, active, and strong. As with physical activity, making a small change in your diet can go a long way, and it is easier than you think. Now that you know the benefit of healthy nutritious food, it is time to start eating healthy.
