Articles 12-35 of the Indian Constitution deals with the Fundamental Rights of the citizens of the Nation. We primarily had six fundamental rights in our Constitution. These rights are to be enjoyed by each and every citizen of India irrespective of their caste , creed , religion , gender , etc. These rights are essential to our survival. They are enforceable by the court if we are denied any of them except in case of a Regional or National emergency.
