Sport Develops Physical & Mental Health of Children

New games have been played since ancient times in India and our national game is hockey. Children, in particular, are very fond of playing and play in the park, gardens in the surrounding area. Apart from this, they are participating in sports that are held in school. 

Nowadays, there is a lot of pressure on children, which can be extracted through sports. The pressure of studying in children has become so much that even they have forgotten to do sport. Due to which many diseases are seen in small children.

Nowadays so much new technology has come that most of the children do not want to play a game outside everybody wants to play games online.

Sport can not only help encourage be more physically active but also teach them the valuable skill and life lessons that can carry with them through to adulthood. Not only does sport increase their confidence but it also helps keep children social

Sport is a very simple and easy way to improve the health and mental strength of children. Sports help in improving the immune system. Nowadays it is seen that the immune system of children is week because children are not interested to take participate in any sports activity. Sports keep children's mentally fit because along with physical health mental health is also very important. If a child is mentally strong, he will never do anything wrong.

Increase mental strength:-

Games like chess, card games increase the mental strength of children. As it develops spontaneity and the response time of children. As a result, a mind can decide under pressure. With the help of sports, you can also raise your accuracy level.

Increase stamina:-

Games such as football, basketball, volleyball help in building our stamina. Nowadays there is very little stamina in children because they do not participate in any running activities.

Physical fitness:-

Sport and games play a major role in keeping children fit and fine. It increases the blood in the entire body. So this helps in keeping the heart in the best condition.

Build a sense of teamwork:-

Some sport needs individual participation some need group teamwork. The company can also run by a group, not an individual. So a person needs to know how to work together in a group. If you know how to deal with group work then you can achieve your goal very soon.

Reduce stress:-

Sports help to reduce the stress level of children nowadays there is so much school work and tuition work on children therefore children start to take the stress. Sometimes a student is committed suicide due to increasing the stress level.

Respect of others:-

Sports develop the availability of respect for each other. Sports are a gentleman game so everyone gives respect to each other.


CONCLUSION:-

Sports teach us discipline. If you are disciplined in your work you cannot face any type of problem; discipline is the key to success. Is also helps to achieve our goal. We should motivate children to take sports participation because nowadays children are not interested to take participate in any outdoor games every child wants to play indoor games. Sports developed the mental and physical strength of children. With the help of sports children, 's can also develop many other activities like leadership quality, teamwork, etc. You work in any field. You always have to work in groups. Sports help to reduce the stress level because many children take the stress of study and they can take a serious step under stress.
