Failure happens. All of your toil and planning sometimes winds up in flames. Your financial dreams are tested in these dark times and to make it worse, people enjoy your pain. People are jealous of other people’s success. The people closest to you may be the worst, secretly wishing for your misfortune. Building financial success is one thing because the market claws higher, over-spenders of the world secretly pray for the day when the market collapses or a minimum of your investments takes a big haircut.

Failure happens quite more often than success therefore haters have plenty to brag on. Your financial investments will have many down days, some remarkably so.

All these feelings, unfortunately, are counterproductive. Revenge is that acid that destroys the vessel which holds it. We all attract haters as we grow. People will do incredibly horrific things to tear you down. The upper you climb, with more excuses these people start to hate you for your success. They’ll work tirelessly to harm you.

Motivation

Bad experiences are a powerful motivation tool. Anger and bitterness will eventually destroy you. The “I’ll show them” mentality also wears you get into the top. There’s a better way to channel this energy.

Revenge is sometimes not the real motivation. You’re hurt over the betrayal and you want to show the world that what they missed. Using success as a sort of revenge is absolutely about showing them how valuable you're. The folks that hurt you within the past don't seem to be allowed near you and your newfound success.

Failure brings the best in people. Failure could be a natural and normal part of the success process.

Benefits of success as revenge

  • Victory tastes such a lot sweeter after failure.

  • Overcoming fears transform you into a brand new person.

  • Positive thinking reduces negativity.

  • True friends are discovered by witnessing who stuck by you in the worst of times.

  • Success makes us more conscious of what we are capable of.

  • Others begin to speak about your accomplishments.

  • You become a logo of possibility and hope for others.

People who achieve big in their lives don't live an easy life. The sole difference between normal people and them is moving on, in spite of whatever situation may be. They never choose a straight forward path. All of them keep moving despite facing the obstacles and go on to become achievers.

You alone determine how your story will end. Christine Miller once said, “At any given moment in life, you can say: “This isn't how the story is going to end”. Our biggest problem in life is self-awareness, the flexibility to realize who we are and what we are truly capable of doing.

Do not let someone’s actions or attitude stop you from enjoying your life. Whether it's in friendships, marriage, work, family, studies, or business, continue to be the best, ignore the negativity, and choose happiness over stress.
