What is science by Ayurveda

A soil which witnessed the birth of a divine,

A soil which yields fertile minds,

A soil that lets the soul bind.

A soil that holds our Vedas together

A soil that plucks the scientific feather

A soil that defines ayurvedic pleasures

A soil that we definitely wanna worship forever.

Our soil once witnessed the steady walk of my gurus and saints with bountiful knowledge. Their knowledge of life, knowledge of the mind, and knowledge of souls.  This explicit urn of knowledge stands in parallel with the nature in all spirits which further yielded to the knowledge of medicine,  technology, and science that runs the world today.

Maya Tiwari defines Ayurveda as, not just about nutrition or herbology, it has a unique tool for diagnosis. The diagnosis of understanding the human constitution is different from person to person. Each one has a unique metabolic system.

What is Ayurveda?

The word Ayurveda comes from the Sanskrit word 'Ayur' which means life and 'Veda' which means science or knowledge of life.  Ayurveda is the science of nature that flourished in India over 3000 years ago. A science that believes that disease which attacks our human system arises due to imbalance or stress in a human's consciousness. It is the anxiety in humans that remains unconquered and it strangulates the mind that further leads to imbalance and depression.

Ayurveda strictly believes that this imbalance can be put into equilibrium by parallelizing body, mind, spirit and the environment. As quoted by William Wordsworth, "Nature never did betray
The heart that loved her".The science of Ayurveda works with internal refining with synchronized diet charts,  herbal remedies, a therapy of body massage, power yoga and meditation calms the mind and soul.

  • Ayurvedic medicines-  the medicines are yielded out of herbs, metals, minerals, or other materials. These elements can be harmful if not used properly. Ayurvedic medications are person-to-person oriented medication. It variably depends upon the lifestyle, health and eating habits of an individual distinctly.  The various classics that uphold the etymology of medication are Charaka Samhita, Sushruta Samhita (400BC -200AD) and Ashrams Hridaya of the Vagbhata which deals with 700 herbs and 6000 formulations.

The Ayurveda constructs the foundation on the concept of PRAKRITI that is body constitution and DOSHAS life force. According to the social discussion "the holistic concepts of Ayurveda give emphasis to health promotion, disease prevention, early diagnosis and personalized treatment". It's an explicit treatment of human health through the peculiar analysis of their individualistic stress and lifestyle which tend to be ignored in other medications.

Ayurveda science emerged from the soil of India more than 3000 years ago but today it emerged as the leading form of medication.  The concept of imbibing medication from nature was not an elevated idea earlier. It was primarily used by the Egyptians to preserve their ancestors in the realms of beaming desert and later it was also used by the Chinese to cure the evil disease. Apart from its holistic acquaintance in the past, the Ayurveda reached its zenith in India.  It not only deals with herbs but also harmonizes the soul with nature.  In the rising field of technology and science, it can be subjected to fits of sarcasm who would understand the gravity of this science.

It is an introspection of the self. The peaceful exploration of a being, away from the materialist consequences in the warm womb of nature through respiration and wiping out of negativity. Today, when the whole world is covered by the pressure of earning name and fame, Meditation and Ayurveda can be seen as the only escape.
