There are some people who just enter the room and lighten the room with their positive energy. Positive thinking is the belief that something good will happen and always hoping for the best to happen. It opposes the term negative thinking which is harmful, fearful and is unsure of his/her success but the person who is full of hope, enthusiasm, and never complaints about why things are not falling according to his/her will lead to a successful and peaceful life. 


During the pandemic COVID-19, it is very important to keep the mind and heart happy by reading positive and encouraging content, talking positive, and exercise gives the best level of mental satisfaction. Sometimes listening to music and dancing also helps to keep the negativity away. The feeling of positivity gears up every muscle activates the hormone and makes up the best coordination between mind, soul, and heart.  The vision of achievement and the glory or appreciation associated with it propels a person to work in such a way that no stone is left unturned to achieve the desired goal. The power of positivity can change the life of an individual. A positive attitude towards life helps to seek happiness and health.


BENEFITS OF POSITIVE THINKING

It keeps the stress apart: When something bad happens in life whether in professional or in personal life, our mind is always surrounded by negative thoughts. The key is to learn that whatever happens, happens for a reason in life staying positive and adopting this life standard will help an individual to grow in life.

You live a happy and healthy life:
People with stress and anxiety are prone to psychological and physical illness & this illness may lead to depression. High level of stress and anxiety leads to weight loss or gain, sleeping problem, hair loss, etc. Stay positive and hope for the best to happen in life in any situation.

Boost confidence and self-esteem:
The power of positivity boosts our self-esteem and confidence. Half of the battle is won by self-confidence and believing in skills and within yourself.

Helps in making a good decision: Usually, the decision that is made in anger or with negative thoughts surrounding your mind leads to a decision which person may regret later. While on the other hand, positive thinking leads to decisions that are right and will lead to something good for oneself and the other person that surrounds him/her.


WAYS OF MAKING YOURSELF POSITIVE 

There are many ways to keep yourself and your surroundings positive. 

Encouraging positivity at the start of the day: At times stress in personal and professional life, we encounter ourselves with unfavorable mornings. As a result, negative thoughts are always surrounded and we all end up thinking negatively. We should boost ourselves to think positively and hope that everything will keep us going in life.

Focusing on the good things in life: Sometimes people are demotivated for not getting a particular job or for not losing weight, not getting good marks in college or school but we never think about the bright side of it. We never see that something interesting might be waiting for us rather than complaining about not getting a job. We should work on our flaws and improve ourselves for the best opportunity.


CONCLUSION: 

“Think positive and positive things will happen”. Losing hope and giving up on things is not a positive attitude towards life. Nowadays, children give up and commit suicide more often. We should not burden weak shoulders with pressure and negativity. We should rather impart them with positivity and a healthy environment.

Remember good things never come easily.
