Is glass half full or half empty

Introduction 

We often hear of the term that is the glass half full or is the glass half empty? This is therefore a metaphor that used for someone how they view things in life and around them. If someone is of the opinion that the glass is half empty then the person has a negative and pessimistic approach in life which means that they focus on things that they do not have rather than being grateful to want they have. On the other hand, if someone has a positive and optimistic approach, they will never see their glass empty as they choose to be happy with what they have in life rather than being sad and demotivated with what they do not have.


Why are you that type of a person?

If you see the glass half empty it means that there is something wrong that you look around the world and life like that. This can lead to many any health care disease such as such as depression, panic attacks and high level of anxiety issues. In todays world the competition is so fierce that we are not happy with what we have as we demand for more in life and when we do not achieve or fail do so we get easily demotivated and set back our goals. We never realise the beauty of failures in life as it is never taught to us, we get so indulge in getting ahead of people that we lose ourselves and our identity gets hidden so does our talent.


Some things that can be adopted to see the half empty glass half full 

  • Get a full body check up done fine out if there is any physical or mental illness that you are going through and after once it found work on it.

  • If you rule out any physical and hormonal issue then work on your mental illness if you are going through a hard time in life such as divorce or lost a loved ones etc then at that particular we all become negative and glass will be half empty always we should think positive and think whatever happened happens for a reason and if nothing works you can take proper medication and treat your problem. Trust me in this modern world everyone needs help nobody is happy with themselves.

  • By seeing the glass half empty you may experience some sort of emptiness in life you may think that you are alone and there is no one to understand what you are going through what can you do to fill that void inside you? You should focus on those area in life for example if you are unhappy with your job then you should look for your passion you should focus on working in areas that make you happy I know it is very easy to formulate such assumptions and very tough to apply in reality but what is the point of working under the area that makes you feel angry, sad or even frustrated in the end money is not everything happiness is. Never be afraid of leaving something we all are learning and growing hence it is good for our mental health as well.

  • Develop a list of things that you want to do before sleeping in the night what you want to do for yourself. Excersisng helps a lot in releasing tension, stress and anxiety giving time to yourself and loving yourself is the best thing that you can adopt in yourself.


Conclusion 

We all should see things in positive manner rather than saying sorry for things we should replace that sorry with a thank you for example if a person waits for you rather than saying sorry say thank you for waiting for me. Things change if we that empty glass full things change when we love ourselves the most and make efforts for things that make us happy.
