What we think we become!

"We become what we think about."

-Earl Nightingale

What validates our life and our intellect? Our thoughts. The thoughts coming across a brain are not just any mere things, they are the ideas, they are what define us, they build us.

Our thoughts are responsible for our ideas, fears, success, career and basically everything. That is why having faith in yourselves and believing in yourselves is necessary. People are guided not to be pessimistic because having negative thoughts heightens the level of anxiety and makes us paranoid, which is not good for your mental health.

Our mind guides our entire life and it is what makes us go through life. So, the ideas and thoughts allowed into our brain everyday shape our lives and determine our futures.

There exists an abstract thing called 'choices', which are executions of our thoughts. Our choices take us through different lives, our choices impact us and our surroundings. We have the capability to bring any type of change into the little worlds of ours.

For example, if you think of becoming a poet and work on it, then there is a high possibility that you end up being a poet, perhaps not very famous but still one. You will at least be better at words and literature. If you put enough thought into an action, that action might lead you to your destination. Your thoughts and choices decide where you go, what you want to be or what you eat and how you live.

Sometimes, we might feel that we are not in control of our lives, as if our thoughts, but we must know that we have the choice to have control over that life. If we think that we deserve to live the way we want to and that we should have the power to decide for ourselves, then we will fight for it, we will try our best. It is the thought that matters.

If you get into a problem, you have a role to play in it, and you need to know that if you can get yourselves into a situation, you have the power to get yourselves out of it. That is the strength that we hold. We are the only ones that can let ourselves improve.

You know, when a person is struggling with serious mental health issues and they are needed to get help, nobody can force them. Anyone can force them to see a psychologist and make them go to every session, but nobody can force them to admit their problems and open up about it. They have to do it themselves. Also, it is okay to be afraid and to be not okay, you just have to try, try for yourselves. Take slow steps and better your lives.

Mind is a powerful tool, it influences every part of you. It can be your best friend if you want it to be. Listen to your brain, listen to everything it has to say, do what feels right to you. Mind does not say just one thing. If it gives you an idea, it explains it further, it gives you both the positive and the negative sides, and it is you who decide what you do thereafter.

Someone once told me that you can take anything from anyone, but knowledge and thoughts cannot be taken. Your thoughts are only yours and they are completely your responsibility. You have the ability to decide, perhaps subconsciously, what you feel and what you do. That is why thoughts are important. They are the treasures, the most precious treasures. They hold the power to dictate your life. They are the integral part of you. You are built of them and they are built of you.

If you want your life to experience a change, then work on it. It is not something you can't do, you just have to know that you have the right over your life and that you have the right to determine what happens to you. So, go out there and take action; action that will make you happy and that will make you feel the pleasure and bliss of your life. Get the best of yourselves.

"We are shaped by our thoughts; we become what we think. When the mind is pure, joy follows like a shadow that never leaves."

-Buddha
